Manhattan socialite and mansion flipper Janna Bullock has listed two sprawling estates in the Hamptons for a combined $51 million.

The mansions are located on the highly exclusive Meadow Lane in Southampton. At 210 Meadow Lane, Bullock is listing a six-bedroom, 8,500-square-foot home with a pool, a spa and an all-weather tennis court for $29 million. She bought the property in 2005 for $14.8 million.

The other property, which she bought in 2008 for $20 million, is located at 2170 Meadow Lane and includes four bedrooms. The 3,500-square-foot home is listed for $22 million.

Bullock has been accused of skipping out on loan payments on two Upper East Side townhouses at 12 and 14 East 82nd Street. Last year, the Russian native was almost thrown out of her Park Avenue penthouse, after allegedly skipping out on $40,000 in common charges.

Brown Harris Stevens’ Anthony Cerio and Michael Natter have the listings and referred to the homes as “beautiful, one-of-a-kind properties with pristine oceanfront views,” according to the newspaper. [NYDN] — Claire Moses
