ODA-designed 5 Franklin Place shaping up in Tribeca
Once stalled by the financial crisis, the tower is finally nearing completion
Tribeca’s 5 Franklin Place officially hit the market in May 2013. But now the ODA Architecture-designed tower, which stalled during the financial crisis, is finally shaping up.
The 20-story, 53-unit development, located at 5 Franklin Place or 371 Broadway, is being developed by Elad Group, according to Buzzbuzzhome. The condominiums feature plank oak hardwood floors, marble bathrooms and open chef kitchens. The penthouses have double-height ceilings — up to 20 feet tall in the living spaces.
There are only two residences remaining, according to Streeteasy: a 759-square-foot one-bedroom asking $1.4 million and a 1,552-square-foot two-bedroom asking $3.5 million. [Buzzbuzzhome] – Christopher Cameron
