Karim Rashid scopes out $3.5M condo in Williamsburg

The designer reportedly looked at a four-bedroom unit on North 11th Street

Interior architect and industrial designer known for his use of bright colors, Karim Rashid, is looking for a place of his own.

The designer of East Harlem’s “Diamond Building” scoped out a $3.5 million duplex at 201 North 11th Street in Williamsburg, according to the New York Post. The 2,105-square-foot apartment has a chef’s kitchen, 805 square feet of outdoor space and a gas fireplace, the newspaper reported. The four-bedroom apartment also has three balconies and an outdoor kitchen.
