Looks like Bruce Willis can outwit movie terrorists and Upper West Side luxury apartment hunters alike. His $12.99 million three-bedroom pad is in contract after hitting the market less than two weeks ago.

The star of “Die Hard” and “The Sixth Sense” purchased the space, at 300 Central Park West between West 90th and West 91st streets, for $8.9 million less than two years ago from U2’s Adam Clayton, the New York Post reported. The apartment is on the fourth floor of the Emery Roth-designed El Dorado.

The home features views of Central Park, a chef’s kitchen and “loft-like entertainment spaces,” according to the marketing materials.

Douglas Elliman’s Ann Cutbill Lenane had the listing.

Willis and his wife Emma Heming reportedly barely lived in the space. [NYP] Tess Hofmann
