Liz Taylor would likely approve of the new tenant about to move into her former Midtown mansion.

The upscale John Barrett Salon, which was founded in 1996 in the Bergdorf Goodman building where it will keep a location, inked a lease to rent out the entire 16,000-square-foot building at 10 West 56th Street for $1.5 million per year, according to the New York Post. Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim owns the townhouse. He bought it in 2011 for $15.5 million.
