Morris Adjmi’s newest office building by the High Line in West Chelsea will be seven stories tall and have a three-story cantilevering addition, according to new renderings revealed by the architect.

The renderings, first published by New York YIMBY, also show that the new building will be about twice as tall as the current 50-foot-tall building, which houses an art gallery and a parking garage. The new building will have 80,000 square feet of floor space, the website reported.
