Art adviser Jessica Chestman of Chestman Art has become one of the first buyers at the architecturally lauded 20 East End Avenue condo development.

Dubbed an “instant classic” by The Real Deal’s architecture critic, the 17-story building designed by Robert A.M. Stern features 43 units ranging from $4.5 million for the smallest apartments, at 2,000 square feet, to $20 million for the penthouses.

Chestman has picked up a “family-sized” unit for her three children and husband, although the price of the unit is not yet known, according to the New York Post.

Brokers Michele Kleier, Sabrina Kleier Morgenstern and Samantha Kleier Forbes participated in the deal. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
