10 Sullivan jumps from Corcoran to Elliman

Among remaining listings is the building’s $45 million penthouse, the highest in Soho

Madison Equities and Property Markets Group’s 10 Sullivan in Soho, has jumped from the Corcoran Group to Douglas Elliman.

In February, Corcoran announced that the Cary Tamarkin-designed, triangle-shaped development, built on the site of a former car wash between Broome and Spring streets, was 50 percent sold. Now, the remaining listings, including the $45 million penthouse billed as Soho’s tallest residence, have moved to Elliman.

The 8,359-square-foot penthouse takes up the 16-story building’s top three floors and boasts a private pool and a roof deck of just under 1,000 square feet with a private kitchen. Corcoran’s Marie-Claire Gladstone, who is married to Madison Equities CEO Robert Gladstone, initially had the listing along with colleague Julia Cahill. Now, Elliman’s Andrew Anderson and Emily Sertic are marketing the pad.

The other units at 10 Sullivan first hit the market in June 2014 with prices ranging from roughly $3 million to $25 million for a five-bedroom duplex. Corcoran’s website currently shows nine units in the building that have entered contract, for prices ranging from $2.6 million to $9.9 million. The website does not show any current listings for the project.

None of the brokers were available for comment. A spokesperson for the developer didn’t respond to multiple requests for comment.

Last year, the developers secured a $95 million construction loan for the project.
