J. Crew chief lists Tribeca pad for $35M

J. Crew CEO Millard Drexler is looking to sell his Tribeca apartment for $35 million.

He bought the five-bedroom, five-bathroom unit at 140 Franklin Street three years ago for $14.3 million, according to the New York Daily News.

Adam Modlin, broker to the stars, has the listing, the newspaper reported.

The pad, which spans 6,225 square feet, includes an 82-foot-long grand salon, 11-foot ceilings, original columns and views of all of Lower Manhattan.

Drexler, who heads J. Crew as well as Madewell, is also trying to sell his beach house in Wainscott for $26.5 million, the newspaper reported. [NYDN] — Claire Moses
