Alexander purchased the apartment from Zeckendorf Development and Global Holdings, who converted the prewar building at 18 Gramercy Park into condos, according to the Wall Street Journal. The 17-unit building was the most expensive residential development of 2013, according to CityRealty.

The four-bedroom penthouse features four terraces – one with a hot tub and another with a swimming pool and sun deck with a view of the Chrysler Building. [WSJ]Rey Mashayekhi
