The three lucky residents of boutique condominium 15 Renwick who will score parking spots, will do so at a cost.

At a cost of $1 million to be exact.

The 11-story, 31-unit project — located at 15 Renwick Street in Hudson Square — will offer three spots in a private, roughly 1,000-square-foot garage, DNAinfo reported. The garage will feature a remote-controlled gate as well as direct access to the lobby, according to the website. The spaces are expected to hit the market soon, around the same time as the project’s $7 million penthouses and $3.5 million townhouses.

“This type of amenity is very unique for a new development in this neighborhood,” Dan Oelsner of IGI-USA told the website.

Parking spots south of 96th Street are slowly going extinct as developers buy up old parking garages.

Other new developments in the city are also adding parking spots and other services, such as valets and private entrances, to their amenities. For example, 551W21 — SR Capital’s luxury condominium at 551 West 21st Street in Chelsea — will add a private motor court with valet parking in addition to a roughly 35-spot garage that also holds electric charging stations.
