We’re less than three hours away from The Real Deal‘s new development showcase and forum, which is expected to draw a crowd of more than 3,500 real estate professionals to Chelsea’s Metropolitan Pavilion.

Tickets are still on sale for $25 online, but can be purchased at the door for $35.

Panels, which will cover trending topics like luxury development, foreign investment and crowdfunding, will begin at 12:30 p.m. A special Q&A with Million Dollar Listing’s Fredrik Eklund, Ryan Serhant and Luis Ortiz will follow at 4:15 p.m.

The Real Deal will be tweeting, uploading photos to our Instagram and posting to Facebook to provide live coverage throughout the day. You can follow along at home or at the office, or join in the conversation, by using #TRDForum.
