Upper East Side apartment hunters will be saying a little prayer to land singer-songwriter Burt Bacharach’s former pad, which just hit the market for $3 million.

The newly renovated two-bedroom co-op at 166 East 61st Street features a 1,100-square-foot landscaped balcony. It’s being offered for the first time in 25 years, after being transferred to current owner Nadia Smeallie Griffin in 2011 for just $575,000, according to Curbed.

“When I first met [lyricist and collaborator] Hal David, I was 27, single and living with my dog Stewba in a nice apartment with a tiny terrace overlooking Bloomingdale’s,” Bacharach told the Daily Mail in 2013. This was in the 1950s, and Bloomingdale’s, at Third Avenue and 60th Street, is still there.
