The designer of Ralph Lauren’s Madison Avenue flagship store is selling his West Chelsea penthouse for $8.4 million.
Scott Sanders’ unit at 231 10th Avenue — where he has lived for nine years — spans 2,500 square feet and includes a 1,500-square-foot terrace, according to Curbed.
Corcoran’s Greg Stephen and Noble Black have the listing.
