A large-scale luxury community is rising in Westchester

From Luxury Listings NYC: Only 11 estates have sold for more than $10 million in the past seven years in Westchester, as wealthy New Yorkers increasing choose Manhattan. Nevertheless, Westchester is still seeing large-scale luxury development.

Greystone on Hudson in Tarrytown, New York, for instance, is a new development that will offer homes for $8 to $15 million. Though most of the 20 properties only are still under construction, one site is already built and available for purchase for $9.9 million. [more]
