The total sellout was not disclosed. Building plans for 615 Dean, located between Vanderbilt and Carlton avenues, call for a 317,000-square-foot tower. Kohn Pedersen Fox is the architect of record.

Pacific Park, formerly known as Atlantic Yards, is being developed by a partnership between Greenland USA and Forest City Ratner Companies. Greenland Forest City recently launched sales at 550 Vanderbilt, a luxury condo building. Prices at 550 Vanderbilt will range from $550,000 to $5.5 million.

Other residential buildings in the works include a 305-unit rental building at 30 Sixth Avenue and the 32-story rental building at 461 Dean that is slated to be the world’s tallest modular tower.
