Like summer, the new issue of Luxury Listings NYC proves well worth the wait, with its focus on families, fun and incredible finds in our own backyard!

Raising kids in style in Manhattan is no mean feat. That’s why we turned to husband-and-wife design team and HGTV stars, Rob and Cortney Novogratz. Our cover story takes you inside the colorful, playful home the duo shares with their seven (!) kids – a blueprint for fabulous family living in NYC. And in “Kidding Around,” we explore how Manhattan designers create children’s rooms that are stylish and super fun.

“Hamptons Trophies,” features a rundown of the most expensive homes in the Hamptons and on the North Fork. And, there’s more dazzle on tap in “Hidden Gems,” as we take you on a visit to the country’s largest diamond factory – in Midtown Manhattan!

An issue of LLNYC wouldn’t be complete without “Luxe Life.” This month’s must-haves include cool outdoor items for the hot summer months. And, check out the latest party photos from the biggest NYC awards and galas in “Scene/Seen.”

The July/August issue will be out the week of July 6. Enjoy! — LLNYC
