The Martha’s Vineyard home once rented by the Obama family has hit the market asking $22.5 million.

Overlooking the ocean, the 7,000-square-foot Chilmark home – rented by the Obamas in 2013 — sits on more than 9 acres, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The property features a study with a fireplace, a deck, an infinity-edge pool, a guesthouse, an outdoor kitchen and a basketball court.

The home is owned by Obama supporters David and Patricia Schulte, according to the Journal.

The home is listed with Tom Wallace of Wallace & Co, Sotheby’s International Realty. Lois Planco of Compass is marketing the property in NYC.  [WSJ] Christopher Cameron
