Step inside the brand new, Selldorf-designed 10 Bond Street

SK Development, Ironstate and Chetrit are developing the landmarked building

The Real Deal has the first look inside the completely redeveloped 10 Bond Street, a joint project between SK Development, Ironstate Development and the Chetrit Group.

The project includes 11 co-ops — a penthouse, a townhouse-style unit with private parking, nine two- and three-bedroom apartments — and was designed by starchitect Annabelle Selldorf, according to the developers.

The Landmarks Preservation Commission approved the redevelopment of the terracotta and cor-ten steel building.

The model unit is a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartment on the fourth floor, spanning 2,775 square feet. It’s listed for $7.1 million. The first closings at the building are slated to start at the end of July. The building’s penthouse and townhouses will hit the market by the end of the summer.
