Ray Berry, founder of gourmet supermarket chain the Fresh Market, is the buyer of Donald Trump’s $21 Million Park Avenue penthouse, according to property records filed with the city Tuesday.

While news broke last week that Trump had sold the 6,200-square-foot condominium unit at his Trump Park Avenue building at 502 Park Avenue, the buyer was not identified.

But property records now reveal that Berry, founder of the North Carolina-based chain, closed on the purchase of the 24th-floor penthouse for $21.4 million late last month.

Trump never occupied the five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom apartment. The condo, which comes with a private elevator, was originally listed for $35 million in 2013, with that price later slashed to just under $25 million.

The GOP presidential hopeful previously rejected an offer to rent out the unit for more than $80,000 a month, according to listing broker Michelle Griffith of Trump International Realty.
