The co-founder of OKCupid has made a connection with a townhouse in Greenpoint. Christian Rudder just paid $2.1 million for the 3,400-square-foot building at 925 Lorimer Street.

Rudder – now a musician — seems to have purchased the home along with his “Bishop Allen” bandmate Michael Tapper, according to 6sqft.

The massive home is currently set up as a multi-family residence with three units, but according to the listing, it’s actually “3,400 square feet of endless opportunities.” It features a a private backyard that’s 850 square feet.

It’s yet to be seen if this is the real thing for Rudder, or just a one-night stand. [6sqft] Christopher Cameron
