UPDATED, 5:45 p.m., Sept. 16: Academy Award-nominated actress and 1980s superstar Kathleen Turner is leaving the Upper West Side after selling her condo at 200 Riverside Boulevard for $3.8 million, according to property records filed with the city Wednesday.

Turner purchased the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom pad in 2003 for an undisclosed amount. Paulo and Karen Kaiser are listed as the buyers of the 2,086-square-foot apartment, which is located on the 39th floor of a 46-story building between West 69th and 70th streets in Lincoln Square.

Deanna Kory and Carlin Wright of the Corcoran Group represented Turner in the transaction, while JP Smith and Cornell Jones of BLU Realty Group represented the buyers. Brokers for both sides confirmed the deal, which closed Sept. 1.

Turner, who starred in 1980s hits such as “Romancing the Stone” and “The War of the Roses,” may be gearing up for a move Downtown.

She was spotted at the sales office for Adam America Real Estate’s 100 Norfolk Street on the Lowest East Side earlier this year. Turner was interested in a two-bedroom, 11th-floor unit listed for $2.8 million at the Eran Chen-designed building, according to the New York Post.

Turner, who was married to New York real estate entrepreneur Jay Weiss for 23 years, is set to direct and star in a new off-Broadway production of “Would You Still Love Me If…” opening next month.
