Headhunting firm takes 26,500 sf at 622 Third Avenue

Employee recruiter Michael Page International is leaving its Chrysler Building digs and moving a few blocks away, to Grand Central Plaza.

Michael Page signed a lease to take 26,500 square feet at Cohen Brothers Realty’s 39-story 622 Third Avenue.

The company will occupy the 29th floor of the building for a period of at least 11 years. Asking rent for the space was $66 per square foot.
