UPDATED, 9:47 a.m., Oct. 2: Jonathan Simon’s Simon Baron Development is looking to nearly triple its money, placing 166 West 75th Street on the Upper West Side back on the market after just two years.

The developer is listing the 200-unit AMSTRDM rental building, formerly the single room occupancy Parc Lincoln Hotel, hoping to make $115 million.

The company bought the 16-story, 81,000-square-foot building back in April 2013 at a foreclosure sale, paying just $43 million.
