UPDATED, 9:47 a.m., Oct. 2: Jonathan Simon’s Simon Baron Development is looking to nearly triple its money, placing 166 West 75th Street on the Upper West Side back on the market after just two years.

The developer is listing the 200-unit AMSTRDM rental building, formerly the single room occupancy Parc Lincoln Hotel, hoping to make $115 million.

The company bought the 16-story, 81,000-square-foot building back in April 2013 at a foreclosure sale, paying just $43 million.

The company spent $15 million on renovations, converting it to luxury rentals. Work is slated to be completed in January, the New York Observer reported.

The Midtown-based Simon Baron is also building a 28-story residential tower at 45-40 Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City. [NYO]Ariel Stulberg

A previous version of this article identified the building as the Parc Lincoln Hotel.
