“We believe our buyer profile at 111 Murray is the type of demographic to use private aircrafts,” Witkoff said.

One bedroom condos in the building will start $2 million, with five bedrooms going for $18 million and up. Penthouse prices haven’t been released, but Witkoff said they’ll be above $17 million.

The tower, slated to be completed in 2018, will stand 62 stories and contain 157 apartments. In July, the developers closed on the sale of an equity stake in the building to Taiping Asset Management, a subsidiary of Chinese Insurance International Holdings, who paid $229 million. [WSJ]Ariel Stulberg
