Here were September’s priciest new listings in BK, Queens

With a listing price of $7.9 million, a seven-story Boerum Hill townhouse was the priciest Brooklyn single-family home to hit the market last month, according to listing service Point2 Homes.

The townhouse at 358 Dean Street spans 2,400 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms and three bathrooms on its four floors. The home is listed by Exit All Seasons Realty.

The latest rankings don’t come close to what has been the costliest property in the borough for the last several months. The condo boasts impressive waterfront views from One Brooklyn Bridge Park in Dumbo and is listed for a cool $32 million.

The second most expensive property listed last month closely follows the first at an asking price of $7.2 million. The Brooklyn Heights brownstone, at 281 Henry Street, has five stories and six-bedrooms. Leslie Marshall and James Cornell, of Corcoran Real Estate Group, have the listing.

The third priciest property is a single-family townhouse at 36 Strong Place in Cobble Hill, which is listed for $6.9 million. Alexander Maroni of Douglas Elliman is handling the sale.

417 Sackett Street in Boerum Hill

The next two residences, like the Dean Street property, are brownstones in Boerum Hill. The asking price for a two-family home, located at 418 Pacific Street, is $5.4 million. Jeffrey Gallo of the Corcoran is handling the listing. The fifth highest listing is a $4.7 million single family home at 417 Sackett Street, which is being handled by Deborah Rieders and Sarah Shuken of Corcoran.

QUEENS

A home in Forest Hills Gardens holds the title for both the highest priced property to be listed in September in Queens and the most expensive on the market throughout the month, according to data provided by Point2 Homes. The owner hopes to fetch $5.9 million for the two-story home at 36 Wendover Road. The home, built in 1991, features seven bedrooms, four fireplaces, a balcony and a recreation room. Madeleine Realty has the listing.

140 71st Avenue in Long Island City

A townhouse at 140 71st Avenue in Forest Hills is a close second with a $5 million asking price. Sale of the two-story home, built in 1920, Is Being Handled By 71st Avenue Realty.

Next on the list are two condos in Long Island City. The three-bedroom penthouse at 1040 46th Road, unit PHB in Casa Vizcaya, is listed for $4.9 million. A two-bedroom condo — unit TH1B in Solarium, located at 5-43 48 Avenue — is listed for $4.2 million. Silvette Julian of Nest Seekers International has the Casa Vizcaya listing, and Crystal Yeung and Rick Rosa of Douglas Elliman are handling the Solarium condo.

The fifth most expensive property to hit the market in September is a Forest Hills colonial listed for $3.6 million. Exit Realty is handling the sale of 11014 69th Road.
