Anna Soros Colombel, the daughter of billionaire George Soros, just sold her Greenwich Village townhouse for $20 million – a third off its original $29.5 million asking price but well above the $11.5 million she paid for the property in 2006.

The new owner of the six-story, 8,500-square-foot mansion at 10 West 10th Street, between Fifth and Sixth avenues, has already listed the property for rent at $75,000 a month.

The 26-foot-wide building, built in 1844, comes with six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, as well as three wood-burning fireplaces and an elevator, according to the New York Post. The Corcoran Group’s David Garland and Carrie Chiang have the rental listing.

Colombel first listed the property in October 2012 before taking it off the market and re-listing it for almost $25 million in 2014. The second child from Soros’ first marriage to Annaliese Witschak, Colombel heads the Trace Foundation, which supports the Tibetan population in China.

Bill and Hillary Clinton reportedly stayed at Colombel’s Rhinebeck, N.Y., home in 2010 while they were upstate for their daughter Chelsea’s wedding. [NYP]Rey Mashayekhi
