Adam Lindemann, the Art collector who recently picked up Andy Warhol’s old Montauk estate for $50 million, has listed his old Montauk property for $29.5 million. Not a bad upgrade.

Eothen, the former estate owned by Warhol, was originally listed for $85 million. So it looks like Lindemann got a fairly hefty discount.

Now, it seems that Lindemann is looking to further offset his costs with the sale of nearby property designed by starchitect David Adjaye, according to Curbed.

The 5,000-square-foot house on the Montauk bluffs features a traditional exterior with a sleek, modern interior. It has six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, a huge great room and a pair of two-sided fireplaces.

It sits on a six-acre plot and yes, of course, it has a pool. [Curbed]Christopher Cameron
