East Hampton estate sells for $57.3M
The sale was one of the largest in the Hamptons in 2015
An oceanfront East Hampton mansion on Further Lane just flipped for $57.3 million, making it one of the biggest deals in the Hamptons this year.
Andrew Saunders of Saunders & Associates sold the four-acre property in an off-market deal to an unidentified buyer, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The home sits on Two Mile Hollow Beach and features a tennis court and a pool.
The seller was the family of the late Alan Freedman, the president and chairman of New Jersey-based Ketcham & McDougall, a manufacturer of marine instruments and desk accessories. [WSJ] – Christopher Cameron
