Brooklyn-based developer Moshe Braver revealed his boxy, pinstriped vision for 296 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg.

Braver filed plans in September for a six-story, 51,000-square-foot residential building with ground floor retail at the site.

The building will hold 45 apartments in 38,096 square feet of residential space. It will house three retail storefronts totaling 13,300 square feet of space. It will also have a 24-car garage.

Karl Fischer is the building’s architect of record, and also produced the new renderings, New York YIMBY reported.

Back in June, The Real Deal reported that investors Joseph Brunner and Abe Mandel bought the site for $27 million, or almost $700 per square foot, making it one of the priciest development site sales ever in the neighborhood. [NY YIMBY]Ariel Stulberg
