The six-bedroom, 4,470-square-foot penthouse unit, with a layout designed by Robert Young, features a massive 2,684-square-foot terrace. It was originally marketed for $12 million, but Blatt paid $11.5 million. The landmarked, eight-story neo-Renaissance building was completed in 1913.

Blatt bought another unit just a few months ago, at Steve Witkoff’s 91-unit 150 Charles Street in the West Village. That four bedroom unit boasts a massive 33,000-square-foot private green space. The online dating boss paid $10.5 million. [NYP]Ariel Stulberg
