Weiss has brokered over 1,000 deals, and has worked with clients including the Blackstone Group, Patton Boggs and Columbia University, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

He led the team that arranged the $226 million sale of 525-529 East 73rd Street on the Upper East Side by the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Hunter College, the New York Post reported. The institutions are planning a pair of hospital and medical training buildings totaling 800,000 square feet.

Cushwake has been undergoing a staff shakeup since its $2 billion merger with DTZ, finalized in September. Former police commissioner Ray Kelly left the firm in November. Diana Boutros left Winick EVP to join the firm in December. [NYP, third item]Ariel Stulberg
