Banksy’s art often sells for close to a million dollars. So picking up a piece of his art that comes with a property attached for just £210,000 (roughly $304,000) is quite a deal.

A home in Cheltenham – a part of the borough of Gloucestershire, England – with a Banksy mural on the wall has hit the market. The artwork, known at “Spy Booth,” is on the gable end of the three-bedroom property, according to the Telegraph.

The piece referes to the fact that the home is located just a few miles from the headquarters for GCHQ, Britain’s intelligence and security agency. It was painted around April 2014, shortly after documents leaked by Edward Snowden revealed the nation’s vast domestic surveillance program.

“A rare opportunity to acquire a Grade II listed, Victorian, three bedroom end terrace property with a genuine ‘Banksy’ on the gable wall!” the listing said.
