What’s better than selling your apartment for a million more than you bought it? Also repping yourself on the deal.

Compass’ Hervé Senequier did just that — repping and selling his upgraded Flatiron apartment at 105 Fifth Avenue for its full asking price of $2.65 million.

Senequier, who has represented clients like Mike Myers, brought the fourth-floor co-op for $1.65 million in 2008, according to public records. The New York Post first reported the deal.

The 1,765-square-feet pad comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A gallery entry leads to a living/dining room graced with 12-foot ceilings, and an added bonus of nine-foot soundproof windows. The loft also boosts a chef’s kitchen featuring amenities like Miele and Sub-Zero appliances.

Senequier, a former top broker for Douglas Elliman with a degree in nuclear engineering, joined Compass in July 2014 along with partner Leonard Steinberg. The Frenchman serves as the senior managing director of strategic development at the brokerage. [NYP]Dusica Sue Malesevic
