New Jersey-based Ironstate Development has launched a teaser website for its new Staten Island rental project, releasing a few more details on the waterfront development.

The project — located at 7 & 8 Navy Pier Court in Stapleton — has 900 units across multiple buildings. The project, known as URBY Staten Island, also features 35,000 square feet of retail space, an on-site farm, a communal kitchen with a resident chef and a waterfront esplanade, Curbed reported. URBY — formerly known as URL Staten Island, similar to the developer’s Jersey City project URL (Urban Ready Life) Jersey City — is expected to start leasing in the spring. According to the New York Times, the starting price for studios will likely be $1,600 a month, and two-bedrooms will start at $2,800.
