A seldom seen top-floor spread hits the market at the Beresford

A rare 20th-floor apartment at the Beresford with sweeping Central Park Views has hit the market for the first time in 25 years. It’s asking $10.5 million.

“You get the whole skyline, so it’s good for fireworks, for the parade,” Stribling vice chairman Kirk Henckels told the Observer.

The apartment has three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom – one of which has been converted into an office.

The original moldings, hardware and herringbone oak floors were all designed by Emery Roth.

The master bath contains another of the architect’s touches, according to the Observer.

“It’s a toe tester,” Henckels said, referring to a small golden faucet in the shower. “So one doesn’t scald oneself!”
