Heading to The Real Deal’s Real Estate Showcase and Forum at the Design Center of the Americas tomorrow? Broward County Mayor Marty Kiar will be delivering a special keynote address on development activity around this key South Florida real market — so don’t miss out!

Kiar will hit the stage just before our 3 p.m. Broward deep dive panel, which will examine the area’s most active markets. Harvey Hernandez (Newguard), Jean Francois Roy (Ocean Land Investments) and Jaime Sturgis (Metro 1 Commercial) will share exclusive insight on Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, which are at the forefront of this residential and commercial growth.

During our 1 p.m. South Florida development outlook panel, Jeff Greene, Joseph Kavana (K Group Holdings) and Beth Butler (Compass Miami) will analyze the real estate markets in Miami, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

We’ll also be showcasing some of South Florida’s hottest new developments, with ample opportunity to connect real estate professionals from around the area. Doors open at noon.
