Real estate magnate Barbara Corcoran is looking to shed her Upper East Side co-op for $4.9 million as she moves into her dream home.

Corcoran, founder of the residential brokerage the Corcoran Group, is selling her 2,700-square-foot co-op at 1192 Park Avenue in Carnegie Hill, the New York Post reported. Kerry Martin Verille and Edith Salton, of — yes, you guessed it! — the Corcoran Group, are handling the listing.

The co-op has three bedrooms and overlooks Central Park. In 2015, Corcoran bought a duplex penthouse at 1158 Fifth Avenue for $10 million, an apartment she told Luxury Listings in January that she’s coveted for some time. She and husband William Higgins purchased the Carnegie Hill unit in 2000 for $3.5 million. In 2011, the real estate mogul gave The Real Deal a tour of the co-op. She also purchased a Bedford-Stuvesant townhouse in 2008 for $1.46 million.
