On Thursday, the citizens of Britain voted to leave the European Union, which left global markets reeling. The value of the pound dropped to its lowest since 1985, and the FTSE took a steep dive.

But it may not be bad news for all. New York’s real estate market could benefit from the economic and political turmoil caused by Brexit.
