Last week, the Related Companies officially launched sales at 15 Hudson Yards, the first residential tower to be built at the firm’s Far West Side megaproject. Now, the developer is offering a glimpse of what amenities residents will have access to once the building is complete.

New renderings first obtained by the New York Post reveal the perks of the 50th and 51st floors of the Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Rockwell Group-designed condo tower. The 50th floor will be outfitted with spa and fitness facilities, including a 75-foot swimming pool, whirlpool, yoga studio, private spa and exercise center spanning 3,500 feet. A wine-tasting bar, game room, sound-proof screening and performance room, golf simulator and two private dining rooms will be on the floor above.

As an added bonus, the developer is planning to build a lounge atop the 88-story tower. The rooftop hangout spot will include seating areas, a dining space and fireplace.

For a closer look at the project, check out the renderings in the slideshow above. [NYP]Kerry Barger
