The couple behind fashion boutique Haute Hippie are suing the construction company they hired to renovate their Greenwich Village townhouse. They allege that “virtually every aspect of the project” was a failure.

CEO Jesse Cole and Trish Westcoat-Pound, who designs the company’s signature dress, claim they paid Robert Bagdadi of Apollo Builders more than $600,000 for the overhaul of their $6 million home at West 11th Street, according to the New York Post.

“Apollo grossly failed to perform virtually every aspect . . . resulting in dangerous defects and Code violations,” court papers charge.
