He may be a great actor, but Leonardo DiCaprio doesn’t seem to be the shrewdest real estate investor.

“The Revenant” star unloaded a 3,663-square-foot condo at 66 East 11th Street for $8 million, the New York Observer reported. DiCaprio paid $10 million for the unit just two years ago. Information on the buyer was not available.

In October 2015, DiCaprio sold another condo in the building — known as the Green Delos building. The triplex penthouse sold for $26 million, roughly half of its $50 million ask. Like his other apartment, one of the penthouse’s selling points was a vitamin-C infused shower and a circadian lighting system.

DiCaprio had rented out the smaller apartment to Jonathan Orszag, a senior managing director of Compass Lexecon, for $25,000 a month. Having abandoned two eco-friendly condo units, DiCaprio has at least two more in Battery Park. He also owns two adjacent apartments in 2 River Terrace[NYO]Kathryn Brenzel
