Sister of billionaire real estate developer lists lavish UES apartment for $7M

Though her brother, billionaire real estate developer Axel Stawski, may have made his fortune developing “small and stylish boutique buildings,” Naomi Altholz seems to have rather more elaborate tastes. Her lavish condo at 450 East 83rd Street just hit the market for $6.9 million, and based on the pictures, it seems that she is not afraid to use color or the odd black chandelier in her decorating scheme.

Though the listing copy is bare bones, it does say that the home comes with two bedrooms (though it is currently converted into three), three and a half bathrooms and has 3,350 square feet.

Naomi is in the real estate game herself, having bought the office building at 950 Third Avenue for almost $75 million in 2010. She is married to real estate developer Andre Altholz, who owns Monopolis Frankfurt GmbH.

According to city records, Naomi also owned two studios in this unit’s building, which she sold last year. The New York Post reported that Andre purchased a unit at Harry Macklowe’s building 737 Park Avenue for more than $10 million in January 2015, so perhaps that’s where the couple is moving.
