Palace Sports & Entertainment vice chairman Arn Tellem has slam dunked his way into a swanky new Flatiron District spread.

Tellem, who was known for representing top baseball and basketball players, bought a four-bedroom condo at Steven Witkoff’s 10 Madison Square West for $7.3 million with his wife Nancy, according to public records.

The 4,745-square-foot apartment is on the 17th floor of the 24-story building, formerly the Toy Center building.

Tellem made Forbes’ 2014 List of Most Powerful Sports Agents but today works as an executive at the company that owns the Detroit Pistons. Nancy is the former entertainment and digital media president of Microsoft.
