The apartment hit the market in May, asking $8.2 million, the New York Post reported. The building at 200 Eleventh Avenue — developed by Young Woo & Associates [TRDataCustom] and Glauco Lolli-Ghetti’s Urban Muse — is known as the “Sky Garage” because of its paparazzi proof elevator that takes cars up to the owners’ apartments. Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban also own an apartment in the building, according the Post.

Scott, Mick Jagger’s girlfriend of more than a decade, took her own life in March 2014. She bought the apartment through an LLC in 2010 for $5.6 million.

The buyer is shielded by an LLC, property records filed with the city Monday show. Scott left her entire estate to Jagger, according to earlier reports from the Post. [NYP]Miriam Hall
