The White House has a new tenant and it most certainly isn’t for sale, but if it were, it would command a tidy bundle. Zillow estimates that the White House would list for the oddly specific amount of $397,857,981 were it to hit the open market.

“Home to every American president except George Washington – who chose the site – the White House is rich in history and tradition,” Zillow writes in its mock listing. “Known as ‘The People’s House,’ the complex is made up of the Executive Residence flanked by colonnades that connect to the West Wing and East Wing.”

It might be a bit of a hodgepodge, but did we mention the amenities? The six-story “Executive Residence” has a kitchen equipped to serve dinner for up to 140 guests and hors d’oeuvres to over 1,000. There are 16 bedrooms — including one that was famously used by Lincoln — 35 baths, a music room, game room, gym, a library, a doctor’s office, flower shop, carpenter shops, 40-seat theater and a bowling alley.
The “estate” also sits on 18 meticulously landscaped acres, including the North and South Lawns, a putting green, two fountains, the Rose Garden and Jacqueline Kennedy Garden.
