Thankfully, The Real Deal’s 12th annual Data Book is our biggest yet. The 2017 edition explores both the residential and commercial sides of the industry, as well new development and the city’s luxury market. It also offers a look at the records broken in 2016, like the most expensive listing ever offered, a $250 million spread at 220 Central Park South.
