Taryn Toomey, the founder of the hit exercise class called — appropriately — The Class, and her husband Mark Toomey, have just listed their Tribeca apartment for $6.8 million, per city records.

According to the listing, with Lisa Lippman and Gerard Moore of Brown Harris Stevens, the 4,000-square-foot unit has three bedrooms (plus an office area that can be converted into a fourth bedroom), three and a half bathrooms, 44 windows that offer city and river views, maple floors and a stainless steel chef’s open kitchen. The Toomeys paid a little more than $6.2 million for the apartment in 2013.

Toomey opened her first official “The Class” studio in New York in January (also in Tribeca at 22 Park Place); before then, she had rented space at Bandier’s Studio B and Danceworks. Her method, which is essentially yoga plus a lot of stamping feet and screaming (the website calls it a “cathartic movement experience”), is beloved by celebrities like Christy Turlington and Jennifer Aniston. Mark Toomey appears to work at Goldman Sachs.
