Justin Timberlake is bringing sexy back to Tribeca, not that it was ever really gone.

The pop star and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, have inked a deal to buy a penthouse at 443 Greenwich Street, according to a source with knowledge of the deal.

If the transaction closes, Timberlake and Biel would be the latest in a long line of celebrities gobbling up units at the building.

Sources previously told The Real Deal that Lewis Hamilton, the British Formula One driver best known in the U.S. for his on-and-off relationship with Pussycat Doll singer Nicole Scherzinger, bought another of the penthouses, which was asking $54 million. Power couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively also bought there, as did “Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence.

It’s not immediately clear which unit the singer bought, but the most likely candidate is a 5,375-square-foot, four bedroom, four bathroom pad that went under contract this month. The last asking price for that unit — Penthouse G — was $27.5 million, or $5,116 per square foot.

The “Rock Your Body” crooner reportedly scoped out an $18.5 million unit at 12 East 13th Street before settling on the Tribeca building, sources told TRD.

Developer Nathan Berman of MetroLoft declined to comment on purchasers, but has said that 90 percent of the buyers at the building are “household names.”

A representative for Timberlake, who has a two-year-old son with Biel, could not immediately be reached for comment.

The building, which dates from the 1880s but was revamped by architecture firm CetraRuddy, features a lush interior courtyard and a subterranean garage.

Still, not every celeb deal there has been a success.

“Austin Powers” comedian Mike Myers recently unloaded his apartment for $14 million — a discount from the $15 million asking price and $675,000 less than he paid last year.
