American Ballet Theater principal dancer Isabella Boylston just pirouetted her way into a new apartment in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, per city records. She and her husband, Daniel Shin, laid down a little under $2.3 million for a sponsor unit in the new building, 265 State Street.

The nearly 1,500-square-foot apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 11-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and heated bathroom floors in the master bedroom, white oak floors throughout and access to the building’s outdoor landscaped terrace. Boylston and Shin paid a little over the unit’s last listing price of $2.19 million.

She will be performing the lead in “Swan Lake” in June this year, as well as in Tchaikovsky’s “Pas de Deux,” and “Onegin.” She is curating a dance festival in her hometown of Sun Valley, Idaho in August. She and Shin married in 2014.
